Shadi’s Family
A message from Shadi: These are the last pictures before the war; the first is in our house in Al Shejaeaa few days before the cruel war started. The other one is metro supermarket while shopping with the family.
I am Shadi Al Harazin from the Gaza Strip, and I am still living there until this moment as I prepare this call for help. I am the father of a small family consisting of three children; the elder one is a boy called Ahmed Ibrahim Al Harazin, who is 13 years old, then Layan Ibrahim Al Harazin, who is 11, and the last is Lana Ibrahim Al Harazin, who is nine. They are all suffering from different diseases, psychological because of the continuing war shocks and fears. Medical problems arise from the lack of healthy food, clean water, and medicine. Moreover, social problems, since there is no electricity and it is difficult to find an internet connection. As you may know, the internet is our only space to enjoy our time and talk to our family and friends.
Dr. Reem’s Clean Water Project
Dr. Reem Shebab and her husband Dr. Mohamed Harazen have been providing medical care for people in Gaza since being displaced in October. In addition to providing this critical care under horrific circumstance, Dr. Reem would like to fundraise to bring clean water. In her words, "I want to create a project to distribute healthy water in addition to the health service I provide in the medical tent in the camp, due to the lack of healthy water and the spread of epidemics due to lack of hygiene. We need about $350 every day to distribute clean and healthy water to the camp, which includes approximately 200 tents."
Sally’s Family
The goal of this fundraiser is to send consistent aid to Sally so that she can afford essentials such as food, water, and medicine. إن شاء الله. With your help and continued support, it is possible.
So far, we have managed to evacuate her husband Mahmoud. But only a few days before Sally and the children’s evacuation date, the Egypt-Gaza border was closed, and the three of them were forced to flee to Deir Al-Balah.
The need for donations is quickly growing more and more dire, as aid has stopped entering Gaza. Whatever you can send is greatly needed.
Sameh’s Family
From Sameh: My name is Sameh and I’m fundraising for my brother Mohammed and our family who currently live in Gaza in unbearable conditions without running water, electricity and enough food.
Our father Samir(56)is diabetic and doesn’t have enough medicine. Our mother Menal is (50) and Mohammad(23) and his wife Eman(21) has 2 children (2 years old Samir and 4 months old Adam) and is facing many difficulties during this war. They don’t have beds, nappies and can’t sleep well on the floor. Children are waking up many times at nights due to cold nights and lack of comfortable mattresses. They all live in one tent for over 6 months.
